Based on the overall objective of driving leadership in healthcare innovation and performance excellence in a patient-centred care, designed an organization-wide Information, Knowledge Management & Learning vision and strategy for one of the major Health Care providers in Ontario.
- Developed and implemented a comprehensive knowledge management and learning strategy and program with full implementation for one of the key crown corporations in Ontario.
- Developed a ministry-wide knowledge management strategy for one of the key Ontario ministries including SWOT analyses, developing a KM vision and mandate, identifying detailed KM initiatives for a two year time span, and developed a detailed action and implementation plan.
- Assisted in the successful launch of a new Knowledge Management secretariat for a provincial government defining new roles and responsibilities and new relationships between the various ministries.
For a multinational professional consulting firm based in the US, designed, developed and deployed a Knowledge Management and Intellectual Capital Development program globally embedded in all services delivery processes and structures.
