  • Towards an effective Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program for a Canadian electricity generation and transmission operations firm, supported the internal team to develop and implement new business processes, technology and system functionality, with a transformation and change management strategy and program.

  • For a Caribbean nation, with the government’s Finance ministry, designed the transformation and change management strategy and program to support the full deployment of the ERP program nation-wide.
